Meet Our Team

Gabriel K. Harr, DDS

For Dr. Harr, the decision to make dentistry a career started during time spent in Alaska shadowing his uncle who owned a dental practice. He fell in love with the art of dentistry and how it intersected with being able to help people. His experiences with his own dentist were also memorable: “We used to play early morning basketball together, and he always wore a mouthguard; I thought it was funny at the time but soon I learned the importance of protecting your teeth!”

Dr. Harr graduated from Missouri State University with a major in biology and minors in both Chemistry and the Russian Language. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at University of Missouri – Kansas City.

Dr. Harr spent five years practicing dentistry in Salina, Kansas, where he was able to do multiple implant residencies and cosmetic trainings in which he became one of the top providers for implant placements and cosmetic restorations in the state of Kansas. He says he loves every part of his job, but cosmetic dentistry is a particular joy thanks to seeing the happiness a new smile can bring.

Dr. Harr does a very unique procedure at no cost called a “Smile Test Drive” where patients can see in their own mouths what their ideal smile could look like.

Dr. Harr remembers, adding, “My ideal patient is one who wants to improve their oral health, no matter what state it is in when they start.” When he’s not creating confident new smiles, Dr. Harr can be found spending time with his wife, Janessa, and the couple’s seven children, Aubrey, Madeline, Britton, Lily, Brody, Ryker and Travis – preferably in a boat on any lake in the vicinity. He also enjoys fishing, hiking, basketball and playing the guitar.
